We offer two straightforward ways to work with us. Pick whichever option makes you feel most comfortable. We're flexible and will work with you either way.

Your Options

Hourly or flat rate.

Both options come with the same honest approach. The only difference is how you'd like to pay for it.

Option One

Hourly + Materials

$100 per hour

This option gives you maximum control and flexibility.

  • You only pay for the actual time we spend working on your project
  • You can pause or stop the work at any time if you're working within a budget
  • Materials are billed at cost with zero markup
  • Sourcing and delivering materials is included in the hourly rate, it's part of the work
Ideal if you want to stay in full control of the budget as the project moves forward.
Option Two

Flat Rate Quote

If you prefer to know the exact total cost upfront, we'll provide a clear flat-rate quote for the entire scope of work.

  • One agreed price for the entire project
  • No surprises, you'll know exactly what you're paying before we start
  • Materials, labor, and time are all included in the quote
  • Adjustments only happen if you approve a change in scope
